Senior Shuffleboard	Tuesdays in the Summer: Senior Shuffleboard 9:00am. Equipment provided. - Magee Ave Bay front.

Recreation Badges

The Lavallette Recreation Badges are currently being sold at The Recreation Courts.

Recreation badges are $65
Seniors 65 and older are $25.
Service Members can acquire a badge with a Military ID at no charge.
$5 per day use.
All sales for recreation are cash or check only.

Season badges and daily wristbands are available from the attendant at the courts during the season.

The badges are required for use of the tennis and pickle ball courts, they are not needed for any other activities in the recreation area.

Attendant Hours:

8:00am to 12:00pm & 5pm to 8pm

 

Bay Front Parking Stickers

A sticker is required on motor vehicles parked in any of the Municipal parking lots on the bay front In effect during the bathing season as established in § 7-9B. Car Stickers must be permanently affixed to the driver’s side rear window.

2026 Beach Bathing Season is June 20, 2026 - September 7, 2026

Parking Stickers $15.00
Stickers are available at the Beach Badge Office.

 

Playgrounds

Lavallette has many recreation facilities available for use throughout the town.
  Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the boardwalk, ocean beaches, bay beaches, Chandler Field and playground area, the Gazebo grounds and parks.

Reservations for use of Chandler Field are managed through the Lavallette Municipal Building

Basketball Courts and Volley Ball - Magee Ave & The Bay Front

Please see attendant if you do not have a volleyball or basketball, there may be some available equipment to use.

 

Bocce Ball Court - Magee Ave & The Bay Front (Equipment available at tennis shed - seasonal)

 

Shuffleboard Court - Magee Ave & The Bay Front (Equipment available at tennis shed - seasonal)
